Using the function to identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII), the University will process the following: Name of primary club contact, email address, mobile number, email, phone, twitter handle, website link for the purpose of enrolment on to the Sport Cardiff Clubs and Activity Directory.
The University is lawful in processing this data because of Legitimate Interests

No other third parties will have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
The retention period for your data is 1 year. The data will then be securely destroyed in accordance with Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Records Management Policy.
